We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new offices for rent in the picturesque hamlet of Knatts Valley, West Kingsdown. Designed to offer a unique and inspiring work environment, a wonderfully reimagined old stables nestled in a beautiful valley with nature bursting out from every seem. The calming surroundings and lush greenery will transport you to a peaceful paradise. Our offices are equipped with modern amenities and feature stunning views of the natural landscape. We also understand the importance of pets in our lives and welcome dogs into our offices, allowing you to bring your furry friend with you to work. Our pet-friendly policy not only creates a welcoming and inclusive workplace but can also improve the mental and physical wellbeing of both owners and their dogs. Whether you're looking for a change of scenery or starting a new venture, our new offices in the countryside offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work in a beautiful, tranquil setting alongside your beloved pet.

With particular emphasis on creating a sustainable work life balance these offices will be created to a high standard that offers both a productive work environment but also lots of accessible outside space.

This is currently being created through a high quality build along with a sensitive planting plan to create a natural area to encourage the wildlife which will include a pond, a small orchard, x 2 large fields that will both have seating areas for some down time or to walk your dog and relax in the beautiful scenery.

Our opening hours are 8am – 6pm and we do not open the site on weekends.

With easy access to both the M25 and M20, our location in the heart of Kent's countryside is ideal for those who want to be close to London or the coast. Our modern offices are perfect for start-ups or thriving enterprises wanting the convenience of a short or long term lease.
