How much is an office?

How long is the contract for?

These are currently being written but will  be a commitment of 3 months and rolling monthly contracts with one months written notice if you wish to leave.

Are there size options for offices?

All of the offices are the same size (120 sq ft) and the max for each office is 3 persons.

 

Are offices furnished?

No, they are provided unfurnished with your own kitchenette.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome and we have fields on site for their exclusive use. The offices are limited to one dog per office. Dogs must always be supervised and not left outside of offices. 

 

Do you have internet facilities?

Yes, internet is included in the cost

 

Can I let people in the gate from inside my office?

Yes, each office will be equipped with an intercom system that allows you to open the gate without leaving your office.

 

What are the hours of business?

8am-6pm Monday-Friday.

Do I have my own toilet?

No, this is a shared area with male and female toilets.

Do I have access to a kitchen?

Each office is equipped with a small kitchenette

Is parking available on site?

Yes, there is ample parking available and each office is given two - three car parking spaces.

Is parking available for visitors?

Yes, ample visitor parking.

 

Can I charge my electric car?

We will be installing electric charge points in the near future but we do not have these installed yet.

 

Is there a meeting room on site?

No, we do not have this facility.

 

Are the offices cleaned?

No, this is the responsibility to keep clean and tidy. Rubbish is collected once per week.

 

Are business rates included?

No, these are not included so you would need to apply for small business rate relief for your company. Interested parties are to seek clarification from the local authority.

 

Do you include insurance within the rent?

Yes. This includes building insurance but not contents insurance.

Do you have a backup generator?

Due to our remote location we have a backup generator in case of any unplanned powercuts. 

Will VAT be added to the rental price?

No, VAT will not be added.

How do I reserve an office?

Demand is expected to be high so the best way to secure an office is to have a viewing. Once checks are all completed a holding deposit of £750.00 will secure this for you. This will be refunded at the end of your first months tenancy.

 

How do I get in touch?

The best way to enquire is via phone or email which can be found on the contact us page. We can arrange a site visit and will begin a waiting list of first come first served for rental of the offices
